Description
- 2+ years of experience in electrical / mechanical maintenance and project execution in a manufacturing, industrial, or utility environment.
- Experience with preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical / mechanical equipment.
- Hands-on knowledge of transformers, motors, switchgear, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, PLCs, DG sets, and control panels.
- Experience in installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical / mechanical systems.
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor electrical / mechanical projects from start to completion.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), cable routing, and panel wiring. P&ID . Isometric piping layout , pipe selection & class
- Familiarity with safety standards, electrical / Mechanical regulations, permit-to-work systems, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Experience in vendor coordination, contractor supervision, material planning, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in preparing maintenance reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and equipment performance records.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and maintenance management systems (CMMS/SAP) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
