Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and will be responsible for the design and development of innovative products. This role requires proficiency in various design software and a solid understanding of engineering principles. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications. - Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. - Develop and refine mechanical designs for new products, ensuring they meet industry standards and client expectations. - Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve product functionality and manufacturability. - Oversee the sheet metal fabrication process and ensure quality control throughout the production cycle. - Participate in new product development initiatives, contributing innovative ideas and solutions. - Maintain accurate documentation of design processes and revisions. Required Skills: - Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for mechanical design. - Strong understanding of project design and design development processes. - Experience with 2D drafting and 3D drawing techniques. - Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing processes. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
