Mechanical Design Engineer – Industrial Equipment / Semiconductor Machine

• Salary: $4,000 – $6,000

• Working Location: East Singapore

• Working Hours: 5 Days

• Bonus: AWS & VB provided

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for semiconductor / industrial equipment.

• Create and modify 3D models, assemblies and 2D engineering drawings.

• Perform design calculations, material selection and tolerance analysis.

• Work closely with electrical, controls and manufacturing teams to develop machine solutions.

• Support prototype build, testing, troubleshooting and design improvements.

• Liaise with suppliers and support fabrication, assembly and installation.

• Prepare engineering documentation, BOM and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

• 3+ years of mechanical design experience in industrial equipment, automation or semiconductor machinery.

• Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor or similar 3D CAD software.

• Experience in machine design, mechanisms, precision components and fabrication.

• Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up and engineering drawings.

• Semiconductor equipment / automation experience is highly preferred.

• Good problem-solving and project coordination skills.
