What you'll do

The selected person will report to the technical director and will perform the following functions:

• Design and development of new products and mechanical solutions.
• Continuous improvement and maintenance of existing products.
• Preparation and updating of technical documentation, drawings, and bills of materials.
• Participation in product validation and testing processes.
• Performing mechanical calculations and simulations using CAD and FEM tools.
• Collaboration with different departments to guarantee the technical viability of developments.
• Management of engineering changes and product standardization.
• Technical support during the industrialization, manufacturing, and commissioning phases.

About the company & team

You will be part of a multinational company with a solid track record and international presence, specializing in the development and manufacture of high value-added technical solutions. The position is integrated within the Engineering and Development department, actively participating in innovation and continuous improvement projects.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• A university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in 2D / 3D CAD tools.
• Knowledge of FEM calculation and simulation.
• High level of English for a professional environment.
• An autonomous person, oriented towards problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with PDM systems, ERP, and CFD simulation is valued.
