PHC Indonesia is a Manufacturer of Medical Devices and Component, such as Electronic Equipment (Blood Glucose Meter, Bio Medical Freezer, Bio Medical Incubator and Medical Equipment). PHC Indonesia also provide EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service) for Medical Devices, Automotive and others.
PT PHC Indonesia is looking for: Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Description
1. Support for DE team for New Project Development as Design concept, prototyping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Ensure designs are manufacturable using appropriate processes (e.g., machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication).
3. Do the Evaluation process product, parts, Prepare 2D drawings with detailed BOMs, and technical documentation.
4. Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth transition from design to manufacturing.
Job Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduate are welcome)
2. Proficiency in 3D CAD and 2D drafting software (SolidWorks, CATIA) and Simulation Software analysis
3. Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials (metal & plastics), and fabrication techniques
4. Have Knowledge with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.
5. Ability to manage multiple design tasks, Good communication and collaboration skills.
