Office based in Southampton. Commutable from Portsmouth, Waterlooville, Winchester, Gosport, Petersfield, Cosham, Romsey, Chichester and surrounding areas

This well-established company are market leaders within Building / Construction services. Due to continued growth, the company are looking for a Design Engineer to add to their excellent working environment.

This is a Monday - Friday office-based role. You will play a key role in the development and design of new & current equipment form construction-based projects.

The Role:

*Design Modular building structures for clients (Frames, structures, piping, mechanical systems etc)
*Create, validate, and document load studies for frameworks
*Pull & load testing on fixings
*Help oversee projects from cradle to grave
*Travel to client's sites for technical site assessments
*Great in-house and accredited training

The Person:

*Previous Design Engineering experience
*Load calculation experience
*Knowledge of different types of materials & metal properties
*Live commutable to Southampton
