Responsible for the design, development and optimization of semiconductor components, precision parts, molds and tooling, supporting projects from concept development through production while ensuring quality, manufacturability and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop semiconductor components, precision parts, molds and tooling from concept through production.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality and procurement teams to ensure designs meet functional, quality and project requirements.
• Support prototyping, testing, production implementation and continuous design improvements.
• Apply mechanical design principles and knowledge of semiconductor front-end/backend processes, materials, coatings and industry standards.
• Contribute to engineering projects, process improvements, technical problem-solving and knowledge development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing molds, precision parts and tooling within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience supporting projects from design through production.
