Mechanical Design Engineering Manager 機構設計工程經理

The ME /MD technical Manager at Treviatech will lead and oversee complex, cross-functional ODM / JDM projects from initiation through delivery & sustaining. This role requires RFI/RFQ ME/MD solution design to turn in & quote, project KO planning & execution, development management, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably for tier-one PC OEM and AI startup customers. PC OEM-Dell is a must for at least the last 5 years is a must.

• Proven records in MD/ME for PC OEM-Dell CPG product line.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• 主導ME/MD 部門專案規劃與執行，確保專案如期、如質、如預算完成任務交付。 / Lead ME/MD function team for projects from planning and execution to delivery & sustaining to ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery.
• 與客戶及內部團隊溝通協調，確保專案目標一致。 / Communicate with clients and internal teams to align project goals.
• 管理專案風險，制定機構設計應對策略。 / Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies & plan.
• 指導並培育專案團隊成員，提升團隊效能。 / Mentor and develop project team members to enhance performance.
• 進行專案結案回顧，提出改善建議。 / Conduct project closure reviews and suggest improvements.
