加入 HIPPOVALVE 工程團隊，參與工業閥門從產品設計、材料選用、工程計算及樣品製作，到測試與國際標準驗證的完整開發流程。

本職務不僅是繪製圖面，你將實際參與產品設計、製造、測試與持續改善，逐步建立完整的機械與產品工程能力。

【主要工作內容】

1. 使用 2D／3D CAD 軟體設計工業閥門、機構及零組件，建立產品模型與工程圖面。

2. 建立及維護 BOM、材料規格、設計文件與相關工程資料。

3. 執行或協助壓力邊界、操作扭矩、應力、機構及振動等工程分析。

4. 規劃並執行樣品測試、FAT、壓力測試、循環壽命測試，以及低溫／高溫產品驗證。

5. 分析測試結果、編製工程報告，並提出設計改善建議。

6 與加工、鑄造、組裝、品質及供應商團隊合作，處理製造與品質問題、調查失效原因並推動改善。

7. 與國際客戶及同事進行技術溝通與專案協作。

• 能閱讀工程規範、圖面、產品規格及客戶技術文件。
• 英文口說不是必要條件。
• 願意學習者可透過日常工作，逐步累積與國際同事及客戶使用英文溝通的經驗。

【About the Role】

Join the HIPPOVALVE engineering team and participate in the complete development process for industrial valves—from product design, material selection, engineering calculations and prototyping to testing and validation against international standards.

HIPPOVALVE is a rapidly growing industrial valve manufacturer serving Europe, North America, Japan and the Middle East. Our products and manufacturing capabilities are recognized by international customers and independent certification bodies.

This role goes beyond creating engineering drawings. You will gain hands-on experience in product design, manufacturing, testing and continuous improvement while developing comprehensive mechanical and product engineering capabilities.

【Key Responsibilities】

1. Use 2D and 3D CAD software to design industrial valves, mechanisms and components, and prepare product models and engineering drawings.

2. Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs), material specifications, design documents and related engineering data.

3. Perform or assist with engineering analyses involving pressure boundaries, operating torque, stress, mechanisms and vibration.

4. Plan and conduct prototype testing, factory acceptance testing (FAT), pressure testing, cycle-life testing, and low- and high-temperature product validation.

5. Analyze test results, prepare engineering reports and recommend design improvements.

6. Work closely with machining, casting, assembly, quality and supplier teams to resolve manufacturing and quality issues, investigate failures and implement improvements.

7. Communicate and collaborate on technical matters and projects with international customers and colleagues.

【English Proficiency】

• Ability to read engineering standards, drawings, product specifications and customer technical documents.
• Spoken English is not required at the time of joining.
• Candidates willing to learn can gradually develop practical English communication skills through daily interaction with international colleagues and customers.
