The Opportunity
Your Impact
- Prepare mechanical design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Support senior designers and engineers in the development of complete drawing packages
- Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire‑protection systems for building projects
- Perform heating, ventilation, and cooling load calculations
- Support engineering calculations using relevant design tools and software
- Coordinate with project teams, external vendors, architects, and engineers
- Support project delivery through accurate documentation and technical coordination
- Participate in occasional local travel based on project requirements
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in BIM modelling and mechanical system design
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience designing building mechanical systems (healthcare experience is an asset)
- Understanding of applicable building codes and standards
- Ability to work independently under general supervision while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Compensation
MB & ON: $70,600 – $97,200
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $70,600 – $97,200
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
