Your responsibilities:
- Develop 3D CAD models, drawings, and product specifications for new products and product improvements
- Support the design and development of enclosure systems, busbar support systems, and related mechanical components
- Ensure designs meet requirements for quality, safety, reliability, manufacturability, and cost
- Create and maintain drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and related product data
- Maintain product information and specifications in relevant business and production systems
- Manage the release of drawings, specifications, and product data through the Engineering Change process
- Participate in prototype development, testing, and product verification activities
- Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and project teams throughout the product development process
Your role will combine hands-on design work with collaboration across multiple functions. Alongside your colleagues in Denmark, you will work closely with engineers, manufacturing, product management, sourcing, and project teams across the international organization.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
A relevant technical education as a Technical Designer or within Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, Production Technology, Mechanical Design, or a similar field
- Experience with CAD software, preferably Creo or Pro/ENGINEER
