Mechanical Divisional Manager position in New Orleans, LA

Responsibilities:

• Build and strengthen current relationships with Owners, GC’s and Sub’s
• Increase revenue and improve profitability
• Manage PM’s Estimators, Operations, and other departments

Requirements:

• 5+ years managing office with proven successful track-record
• Extensive Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing) knowledge
• Operations, Sales, and Management experience
• Stable work-history
• Local in LA or can easily relocate
• Strong references
