Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator /M&E Coordinator ( Main Con / General Building )
Summary
Coordinates mechanical and electrical systems (plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security, lifts) for residential and commercial construction projects in Singapore.
· Candidate must possess atleast Diploma / Degree in M&E.
· M & E Cert preferred
· Min 2-4 years of relevantsite experience in Residential and commercial project.
Responsibilities:
· In charge of all M&Ematters e.g. sanitary and plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security and lift
· Liaise with both nominatedand domestic contractors and consultants on mechanical and electrical work andproduce progress report
· Site inspections to ensureM&E works are in accordance to requirements
· Coordinate all M & Eworks, including monitoring of work progress
· Read and review M&Edrawings
