Mechanical Engineer

1. Design and develop mechanical systems for Dynamic Test Handlers and new product functions based on customer requirements.

2. Define product specifications and develop mechanical design solutions to meet functional, performance, and reliability requirements.

3. Perform mechanical engineering calculations and analysis, including mechanism, load, strength, motion, and component selection as required.

4. Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve project objectives, including cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Production, Quality, and other teams.

5. Coordinate with outsourcing vendors to execute mechanical design tasks and manage design quality, schedule, and deliverables.

6. Provide technical expertise and recommendations on product configuration, cost structure, mechanical design, and related engineering issues.

7. Prepare and provide necessary engineering documents to Production and other relevant departments, including drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), specifications, and technical documentation for manufacturing and after-service support.

8. Provide technical support and recommendations to the Quality Department regarding inspection methods, specifications, and related quality issues.
