Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer responsible for designing, developing, analyzing, and maintaining mechanical systems, equipment, and components. The candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure efficient operations, product quality, safety, and continuous improvement. 2. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and improve mechanical systems, equipment, and components. - Prepare and review engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications. - Perform technical calculations, feasibility studies, and engineering analysis. - Monitor and support installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities. - Identify technical issues and implement effective engineering solutions. - Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. - Coordinate with design, production, quality, and maintenance teams. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Support project planning, execution, and timely completion. - Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction. - Maintain technical documentation, reports, and engineering records. - Ensure efficient utilization of resources and continuous improvement. 3. Educational Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage. 4. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles. - Knowledge of engineering drawings and technical specifications. - Understanding of manufacturing and production processes. - Problem-solving and analytical skills. - Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA. - Knowledge of mechanical equipment and maintenance practices. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Strong planning and organizational abilities. This role offers a competitive salary package ranging from 20.0 Lakh INR to 50.0 Lakh INR, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
