We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support equipment, tooling, products, and manufacturing processes. In this role, you will turn engineering concepts into practical solutions, lead projects from design through implementation, and collaborate with engineering, production, sales, and vendor partners.

You will also have opportunities to work with PLC-controlled machinery and contribute directly to process improvement, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Design production equipment, processes, tooling, and fixtures.
• Lead engineering projects from concept and design through installation and implementation.
• Create 3D models, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and identify root causes.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Work with vendors to evaluate equipment and technology and support system integration.
• Participate in the hands-on building and modification of equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
• Support machining, wiring, welding, and controls programming activities within your training and responsibilities.
• Train operators and prepare clear instructions and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate across engineering, production, sales, and vendor teams.
• Follow established safety requirements and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
