【主要職責 Key Responsibilities】
1. 3D CAD 設計與操作能力
2. 熟悉塑膠模具、壓鑄與鈑金的相關製程改善及可製造性設計（DFM）
3. 客戶與供應商溝通管理能力
4. 醫療產品與材料開發經驗
5. 熱傳分析與改善經驗
6. 應力分析與改善經驗
7. 產品公差分析與改善經驗

3D CAD design and operation capabilities
Familiar with process improvement and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) for plastic injection molding, die casting, and sheet metal fabrication
Customer and supplier communication and management capabilities
Experience in medical product and material development
Experience in thermal analysis and improvement
Experience in stress analysis and improvement
Experience in product tolerance analysis and improvement

【應徵條件 Qualifications & Requirements】
1. 熟悉Solidworks
2. 英文多益700以上
3. 工作經驗3年以上
4. 機械相關科系 (碩士畢業佳)

Familiar with Solidworks
TOEIC score of 700 or above
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
