Mechanical Engineer (RD)

We are a promising startup at the forefront of the booming next-generation drone industry, seeking talented individuals who are ambitious and eager to make their mark in this exciting field.

Key Responsibilities:

Design components and sub-assemblies for Aiseed’s current and future drone/aircraft models.

Oversee aircraft sub-assemblies from prototype through EVT/DVT/PVT phases while providing support for manufacturing.

Develop detailed drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and specifications.

Demonstrate the ability to work independently, communicate effectively across functional teams, navigate complex trade-offs, and manage technical projects within tight deadlines.

Assist in schedule and budget development while coordinating with program management.

Design mechanical test systems with a strong focus on user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in drone design is highly desirable.
Background in consumer electronics or optical engineering is a plus.
