- Develop BOMs and assembly instructions
- Develop IP rated ingress protection solutions
- Develop protocols to monitor mechanical health and loads
- Implement thermal management designs
- Iterate prototypes for fit checks and integration
- Perform thermal validation and ingress testing
- Run FEA and thermal simulations
- Support production QA and incoming unit checks
- Work with vendors and contract manufacturers
