Mechanical Inspection Engineer

Job purpose

We are seeking a qualified Saudi mechanical inspection engineer with 3+ years of experience to ensure the quality and integrity of mechanical installations, specifically focusing on water piping systems and pumping stations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site inspections for water pipelines and pumping units to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of centrifugal pumps and valves.
• Review material submittals and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Conduct pressure tests (hydrostatic tests) for pipelines.

Requirements

• Nationality: Saudi national.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in mechanical inspection (water sector preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Expertise in pump alignment, vibration testing, and piping standards.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in inspection/QC roles, preferably in infrastructure and water network projects.
