Mechanical Inspector
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Inspector to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our aviation maintenance and safety department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the mechanical integrity and airworthiness of aircraft and related systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft mechanical systems, including engines, landing gear, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Perform detailed examinations of aircraft components and structures to identify any defects, wear, or damage
- Utilize advanced inspection tools and techniques to assess the condition of mechanical parts and systems
- Analyze inspection results and prepare comprehensive reports on findings
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address identified issues and ensure timely repairs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest aviation regulations, standards, and inspection procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections and contribute to the organization's quality assurance processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection efficiency and effectiveness
- Communicate inspection results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including management and regulatory bodies
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical inspection, preferably in the Airport or Aviation industry
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems and components
- Strong understanding of aviation safety protocols and quality assurance processes
- Proficiency in using computer-based inspection systems and software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
- Physical ability to perform inspections in various positions and environments
