- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimise downtime.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and report on equipment performance.
- Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency repairs.
Profile
A successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer should have:
