Mechanical Maintenance Engineer required to start as soon as possible.

£24-£26 per hour.

Central London.

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm - 40 hours per week.

Temp to perm.

One of London's leading Facilities Maintenance organisations are looking for an immediate Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their maintenance team.


Day to duties will include:

  • Monthly and weekly PPM's
  • Working with a BMS system
  • Changing filters on AHU's
  • Coil cleans on FCU's
  • Chiller checks
  • Boiler resets
  • Fire alarm testing
  • Electrical fault finding
  • Emergency light testing
  • Belt changes
  • Steam Boiler
  • LTHW
  • Pipework

Qualifications:


Mechanical NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 required
