They maintain critical systems like pumps, solenoids.
Requirements
- Preventive Maintenance Perform daily, weekly, and monthly PM on die-casting machines and auxiliary equipment (ladles, sprayers, extractors) to prevent breakdowns.
- Diagnose, disassemble, and repair mechanical and hydraulic components (pumps, cylinders, valves) of PDC machines.
- Breakdown Maintenance Act quickly on machine failures to minimize production downtime.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics (pumps, cylinders, solenoids), pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
