Mechanical Manager

• Develop coordinated MEP layouts, sections and plant-room arrangements for building-services projects.
• Translate engineering requirements into accurate 3D BIM models and construction details.
• Produce and update shop, coordination and as-built documentation using Revit.
• Extract relevant design information from architectural, structural and other engineering disciplines.
• Perform multidisciplinary model coordination and identify spatial clashes or installation constraints.
• Support project engineers and managers with BIM coordination, drawing updates and technical documentation.
• Participate in site visits and coordination meetings to gather information and resolve modelling requirements.
• Use Navisworks Manage for model review, coordination and clash detection.
• Demonstrate strong Revit modelling capability, including development of detailed components and project-specific content.
• Contractor-side experience preferred, particularly candidates capable of creating Revit families/components from scratch for new-build projects without relying on existing base models.
