KBR is looking for a mechanical planner who can prepare and develop preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans on a weekly and monthly basis covering mechanical, electrical, instrument, and general services maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.
- Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance plans and activities as per schedule.
- Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to SATORP’s equipment, plants, and utilities availability.
- Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other divisions regarding developing maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical inputs and recommendations as required.
- Coordinate with CET Division to evaluate progress against plan and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with all applicable stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment are available and ready to perform the job.
- Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating to routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.
- Utilize SAP system, computer programs, and software to ensure effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
- Assist in preparing, developing, and measuring contractor’s key performance indicators.
- Keep and maintain all historical records and database of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with all HSE rules.
- Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
- Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil & gas maintenance – high school.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in oil & gas maintenance – diploma.
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs.
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
- Strategic management skills.
