Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Estimator position in WA

We are currently looking for a Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Estimator to fill an immediate opening. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in mechanical estimating.

Responsibilities for the Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Estimator

• Build Conceptual, Design-Build and Plan-Spec Estimates for Plumbing, Piping, and HVAC departments and approve final Estimates
• Build effective, profitable winning bids for upcoming projects
• Mentor Jr/Mid-Level Plumbing, Piping and HVAC Estimators

Requirements for the Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Estimator

• 10+ years of experience
• Extensive Estimating experience
• Extensive Plumbing, Piping and HVAC knowledge
• Plan & Specifications and Design/Build project experience
