Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager position in Memphis, TN

Responsibilities:

• Manage schedule, budget, change-orders
• Review and ensure accuracy for estimates for upcoming projects
• Meet with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Attend BIM Coordination meetings with GC’s and Owners

Requirements:

• 3+ years of HVAC/Plumbing Project Management experience
• Extensive Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing) knowledge
• Large project experience
• Familiar with TN Plumbing/HVAC Building Codes
• Stable work-history
• Local or can easily relocate
• Strong references
