Your New Role

• Lead ground up multifamily HVAC construction projects from planning through execution

• Oversee podium and mixed use developments ranging from 350 to 450 units

• Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and communication using Procore

• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, trade partners, and internal teams to keep projects aligned with established goals

• Track project schedules, budgets, resources, and progress throughout construction

• Conduct project meetings and communicate regular status updates to company leadership

• Maintain compliance with applicable safety requirements, building codes, and project specifications

• Recognize potential project risks and develop practical solutions to keep work progressing

• Oversee multiple active HVAC construction projects while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail

• Provide consistent project leadership through clear communication and proactive decision making

• Perform this primarily on site role based in Manassas, Virginia, with local travel throughout the Virginia and DC metro area

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC project management experience

• Experience working in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing construction

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong working knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and project execution

• Multifamily construction project management experience is preferred

• Proficiency with Procore or comparable construction management software

• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast paced construction environment

• Strong project organization, leadership, and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes

• Valid driver's license

• Authorization to work in the United States
