Mechanical Service Sales – Sacramento, CA

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships to ensure services being provided are meeting and exceeding their expectations.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Ability to develop relationships with new clients and offer all services with the intent emphasis on selling and renewing HVAC preventive maintenance contracts to expand client base.
• Estimate and generate service and preventive maintenance proposals.
• Provide constructive input at team meetings.
• Track sales and review with service manager.

Requirements:

• Reliable and organized.
• 2+ years of HVAC sales experience.
• Knowledge in current HVAC products/services and plumbing trades.
• Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, word, PowerPoint CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED, College degree preferred.
