Lead hands-on mechanical training in CNC, VMC, Lathe, Welding, and manufacturing processes for an employability program.
Role
Lead practical training for the Mechanical domain under the STEM Employability Programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver hands-on training in CNC, VMC, Lathe, Welding and manufacturing processes.
* Mentor participants and conduct practical assessments.
* Review and improve the course curriculum based on industry requirements.
* Support the development of the training centre, including lab setup and equipment recommendations.
* Ensure the programme remains industry-oriented and employment-focused.
Preferred Profile
* Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* Experience in manufacturing or technical training.
* Strong practical knowledge and communication skills.
