Mechatronics Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Design and plan control panels and circuit diagrams, ensuring system configurations meet engineering specifications and customer requirements.
- Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) for control panel electrical components, conduct material estimation, and submit procurement requests.
- Execute control panel assembly, machine wiring, and quality control (QC).
- Develop and program SCADA monitoring interfaces, report programs, human-machine interfaces (HMI), and PLC control programs.
- Conduct on-site system commissioning, signal testing, and instrument calibration to ensure stable system operation.
- Plan and prepare on-site external wiring drawings, and assist in confirming project scope and budget submission.
- Execute overall project scheduling and construction management, and monitor project construction, progress, and quality.
- Troubleshoot and review construction anomalies and incidents, and develop corrective and preventive measures.
- Establish and maintain project documents, records, and forms, ensuring documentation completeness and traceability.
- Review and submit vendor progress claims and payment requests, and assist with financial reconciliation and project reconciliation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in Industrial Automation, Semiconductor, Process Plant, Manufacturing, EPC, or Machinery industries.
- Able to work independently with strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills.
