Role Overview
Our Med Techs provide activities of daily living, medication support, and other services to residents in accordance with their individual service plan. The Stellar way means care delivered with kindness, gentleness, friendliness, and professionalism — always respecting each resident's dignity and privacy. What We Offer
- Pay: $18.00 – $19.00/hour, based on experience and certification

- Flexible schedules — part-time and full-time available
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
- Respond to resident requests and determine the best way to assist
- Support proper resident nutrition by reviewing dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
- Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with resident care plans and state regulations
Qualifications
- Current Med Tech / Medication Aide certification (or willingness to obtain, per state requirement)
- A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for residents
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Previous caregiving or medication administration experience preferred
- A genuine love for working with seniors
