Formats: popunder, banner, native, video pre-roll, in-player, interstitial — Zone-level optimization: whitelists, blacklists, bid adjustments, frequency capping, dayparting — Creatives and prelanders: briefing, testing and rotating
Tracking setup: Keitaro / Binom /postbacks, reconciliation against what the platform actually reports
Full P&L for your channel: spend, registrations, FTDs, CPA, ROI by geo and by source

MUST HAVE

2+ years buying adult traffic, with a verifiable track record. Be ready to walk through real campaigns: spend, CPA, FTD volume, ROI, and which networks and geos they ran in
You've been profitable on this source. Not "we tested it" — scaled and profitable, and you can explain what made it work
Gambling, dating, or another highrisk vertical.
Tracker fluency: Keitaro / Binom / RedTrack / Voluum, postbacks, and the habit of reconciling your numbers against the network's
Zone-level optimization as a daily reflex, not a monthly cleanup
Creative direction: you brief and test prelanders and banners, and you know when a creative is burned
Comfortable owning a budget and reporting on it honestly, including the tests that lost money
