Media Buyer (Facebook)

Our client is an International Digital marketing group focused on performance-based solutions with an in-house media buying team. They work in highly competitive verticals — dating and adult gaming — on CPS, CPL and revshare models. Campaigns running in 100+ countries, all promo content and localization handled in-house. 10+ years on the market.
We're scaling our AI companion / AI girlfriend product and looking for a Facebook media buyer to own acquisition on it.
This is not dating. If you've been buying traffic for adult games, adult comics, or AI companion apps — that's exactly the background we want. You already know how these creatives behave, how the audience converts, and what it takes to keep accounts alive in this niche.

What you'll do:
Run Facebook traffic to PWAs and iOS webview apps
Work with a large volume of ad accounts
Build quality PWAs — from creatives to comments
Set up tracking between PWAs and the tracker
Run campaigns on a CPS model

What we're looking for:
1+ year of hands-on Facebook buying experience
Confident in the ad cabinet — not "took a course and gave it a try"
Experience with PWA builders (Spendy, Skakk, PWA group, Market, etc.)
You know how to get aggressive creatives approved
Verticals: Dating (casual/adult), adult games, comics, AI companion. Nutra or Search Arbitrage also works if you're up for switching into dating
If you haven't worked with PWAs and ran traffic straight to a tracking link — still write to us. What matters is that you know how to find quality traffic.
A plus: stats screenshots and examples of PWAs you've run. With those, we'll prioritize your application.

Conditions:
Remote
Fixed salary + percentage of profit (we'll discuss on the call, starting from your numbers)
Full-time, clear KPIs, intense pace
Distributed team, part of it in a different time zone — flexibility in communication matters
