Media Buyer (Meta and Google Ads)

CBD Local Inc. is a US CBD brand doing over $4M per month. We are building an in-house paid acquisition team and looking for a Media Buyer who can launch Meta / Facebook Ads and Google Ads in restricted verticals - and keep them running.

This is not a role for someone who has only ever bought on a clean, whitelisted account. Our verticals get flagged and restricted by default. We need a person who treats that as the normal working environment and knows how to operate inside it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan, launch and scale Meta / Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns for our own products
• Own the full cycle: account infrastructure, creatives, funnels, landing pages, tracking, optimisation
• Keep campaigns running in restricted and grey verticals, with everything that comes with it
• Test creatives and offers fast: kill what does not work, scale what does
• Own the numbers - spend, CPA, ROAS, LTV. You report results, not activity

WHAT WE EXPECT

• 2+ years of hands-on media buying in Meta / Facebook Ads and Google Ads with your own budget responsibility
• Real experience in grey or restricted verticals: you understand why accounts get shut down and what to do about it
• You have scaled past $10k per month in spend and can walk us through what broke and how you fixed it
• You know how restricted-vertical account infrastructure works and how to keep it stable
• Analytics: you can build a tracking setup, read the data and make decisions from it
• Fluent Russian or Ukrainian - the team works in Russian
• English B1+ for tools, documentation and platform support

WHAT WE OFFER

• $1200 during the test period, then $1500 base
• KPI bonus tied to ad spend and results: the more you scale profitably, the more you earn. Strong buyers here go well past the posted range
