Media Coordinator
You will support the poker marketing program by helping manage affiliate and media partner relationships, tracking performance, and preparing regular reports. You will contribute to media plans, research market and competitor trends, and support initiatives that improve partner engagement. You will collaborate across functions to optimize customer acquisition journeys and user experiences. You will also assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, month-end reporting, marketing strategy support, and ad-hoc requests.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding, setup, and day-to-day management of affiliate and partner relationships
- Track partner performance against key goals
- Prepare regular reports on media partner performance
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual media plans
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support initiatives to improve media partner performance and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer acquisition journeys and user experiences
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and month-end financial reporting
- Work cross-functionally to support marketing strategies and growth objectives
- Facilitate ad-hoc requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field preferred
- 0–1 year of client-facing marketing experience preferred
- Affiliate marketing and media buying experience preferred
- Experience with performance marketing and media metrics including CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC, and LTV
- Understanding of data and methodologies for decision-making and performance management
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of global online affiliate and online gambling payment models
- Passion for gaming
