You are a dedicated Salesperson that is well organized, self-motivated and has a record of success in delivering against targets. The Key Accounts Executive role is responsible for maintaining and growing revenue through the existing client base. The Key Accounts role is the day-to-day contact for key assigned accounts and is responsible for generating revenue by developing custom solutions with Getty Images’ products and services. This sales role must be comfortable with aggressive sales targets and account opportunity development, thus creating future revenue within their existing client bases. This role develops a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors, and maintains a strong, long-lasting customer relationship.

Your Next Challenge:

Grows existing assigned accounts by understanding their business needs and issues and devising effective sales strategies to identify larger opportunities and make recommendations to drive increased account activity through phone, email and chat.
Handles all aspects of the renewal process for Key Accounts, from contract and customer performance review through negotiations to closure.
Engages with customers to create opportunities, deepening relationships through customer-facing closing activities.
Encourages and educates customers to self-serve appropriately.
Coordinates the involvement of internal personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to reach objectives, trouble-shoot issues, and meet customers' expectations.
Fosters internal relationships with cross-functional partners in all departments
Enters accurate customer and sales data into CRM and related systems.
Other duties and projects assigned by your management.

顧客の利用状況を分析し、アカウントの成長につながる提案を行う

契約更新・営業活動

契約更新プロセス全般を管理し、契約内容や利用実績のレビューから条件交渉、契約締結までを担当する
顧客との商談を通じて新たな案件を創出し、提案からクロージングまでをリードする
売上目標の達成に向けて継続的なパイプライン管理と案件開発を行う

顧客関係構築

主要顧客の意思決定者や経営層との信頼関係を構築・維持する
顧客が製品やサービスを最大限活用できるよう支援し、必要に応じてセルフサービス機能の活用を促進する
顧客満足度向上に向けた継続的なフォローアップを実施する

社内連携

カスタマーサポート、サービス、マネジメントなど社内の関連部門と連携し、顧客課題の解決を推進する
部門横断的なパートナーシップを構築し、顧客への価値提供を最大化する
CRMおよび関連システムへ顧客情報や営業活動データを正確に入力・管理する

What You’ll Need:

Solid 3 years of direct Sales and Account Management experience within a fast-paced organization.
Strong relationship building skills & experience of developing accounts to maximize revenue.
Demonstrated success in building new business revenue within existing accounts.
Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience of selling multiple products in one solution.
Demonstrated closing and forecasting skills.
Travels to onsite client meetings
Proficient knowledge of all MS Office tools.
Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM platform
