Medical Aesthetic Nurse

Welcoming and greeting patients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression whilst managing clinic flow and scheduling

Perform facials, peels and other non-invasive treatments according to clinic protocols, and assist with device-based treatments under doctor direction, within MOH guidelines, training will be provided.

Prepare treatment rooms; maintain infection control, sterilization and equipment logs

Assist patient preparation and aftercare

Explain treatment plans, aftercare and skincare routines clearly, and recommend suitable products and packages

Record treatment notes accurately in the clinic management system

Follow up patients after treatment and support rebooking

Support front desk during peak periods

What we're looking for

Current registration with the Singapore Nursing Board and a valid nursing licence

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognised institution

Strong knowledge of infection control, sterilisation and aseptic techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment

Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and dignity

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with clinic management systems
