You will lead the Nordic Medical Affairs and Market Access team (two Field Medical Advisors and one Market Access Associate) and serve as a key member of the Nordics Leadership Team.
The team’s mission is to advance medical and scientific engagement, and secure market access, for Ferring’s products and shape our future in the Nordic region.
Your day at Ferring- Tasks where you are accountable
In this role you will lead Medical Affairs and Market Access across the Nordic cluster, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local business needs.
You define and execute medical and market access plans, influencing healthcare providers (HCPs) in cross-functional partnership with sales and marketing, as well as overseeing pricing, tenders, reimbursement, and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions for the full portfolio.
As a key member of the Nordics Leadership Team, you will combine strategic foresight with hands-on execution, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
Your primary tasks will be
Strategy & Execution: Developing and implementing integrated Medical Affairs and Market Access strategies across all our therapeutic areas.
Medical Activities: Driving scientific initiatives including data generation, advisory boards, Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) engagement, congresses, and publications.
Market Access: Managing HTA dossiers, pricing, reimbursement, and access initiatives to support product launches and portfolio growth.
Compliance: Acting as final medical reviewer and ensure adherence to GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements across the Nordics.
Leadership: Being an active hand-on part - and at the same time lead - a high-performing team, fostering development and engagement.
Collaboration: Partnering with commercial leaders to align scientific and access strategies for successful launches and improved patient outcomes.

To lead and shape the future for Ferring products in the Nordics we’re looking for an experienced leader to head the Nordic Medical and Market Access .
The skills you must have:
Solid experience in Medical Affairs and in Market Access within the pharmaceutical industry.
Several years of leadership experience with proven people management skills and the ability to be hands-on your self
Strong medical expertise and knowledge of Nordic regulations and compliance.
A background as Medical Doctor or a PhD.
Therapeutic area knowledge in Reproductive Medicine, Gastroenterology, or Urology is a plus.
Additionally, we would like you to have:
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and a least one of the Nordic languages.
Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions and regions.
Skills in managing complexity, driving results, and leading teams through change.
