Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday 7am-5pm.
- Support patient care by assisting with treatments and conducting clinical assessments, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience.
- Maintain accurate medical records by documenting patient histories, vital signs, and provider encounters to support clinical decision-making.
- Facilitate seamless provider workflows by transcribing orders, coordinating tests, and clearly communicating follow-up instructions.
- Manage clinical resources and treatment areas to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for all patients.
- Provide essential administrative support, from patient communication to record maintenance, to keep the department running efficiently.
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- One or more of the following:
- Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Medical Technologists (AMT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Medical Assistant credentialed from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Medical Assistant credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Registry of Medical Assistants also accepted.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
