What You'll Do
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Review medical histories, medications, and allergies
- Prepare charts and exam rooms
- Assist providers during office procedures
- Administer immunizations and diagnostic testing as needed
- Process prescription refill requests and medication authorizations
- Coordinate labs, imaging, and follow-up records
- Maintain medical supplies and equipment
- Support a positive, patient-focused experience
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or medical training program
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- CMA or RMA certification preferred
- Strong computer and EMR skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
