We are a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Management Clinic seeking an experienced Medical Billing and Administrative Specialist to join our team! As we continue to grow, we need a skilled professional to assist with back-office responsibilities, including billing, insurance verification, and revenue cycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage billing, insurance verifications, and revenue cycle processes
- Work with insurance denials and resolve issues promptly
- Post payments and manage accounts receivable
- Utilize Athena and Cerner systems for billing and administrative tasks
- Assist with check in / check out of patients as needed
