Medical Billing Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing processes, including accounts receivable (AR) calling and denial management. This role is crucial in ensuring that our billing operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall financial health of our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end medical billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations. - Conduct AR calling to follow up on outstanding claims and resolve any issues that may arise. - Handle denial management by analyzing denied claims and working to rectify issues to ensure timely payments. - Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to facilitate smooth billing operations. - Provide exceptional customer support to patients and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries and issues. - Maintain detailed records of billing activities and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Required Skills: - Proficiency in medical billing and coding practices. - Strong understanding of AR calling and denial management processes. - Experience in working within an international BPO environment is preferred. - Excellent technical support skills to assist clients and resolve billing-related issues. - Strong customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
