Where You’ll Work
This position is required to work on-site in our Omaha-area (Elkhorn, NE) office most days. Everyone receives 3 flexible remote days per month. And, we offer half-day Fridays – every Friday!
Role Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Medical Claims Adjuster I with at least 1 year of experience verifying eligibility and liability for a variety of health insurance products. We will provide the necessary training for products and systems.
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, process, submit and finalize daily batches of claims, including prescription drug claims
- Maintain pending case files and follow up within required timelines
- Consistently meet department quantity and quality standards
- Assist with data entry and ad hoc projects as needed
