Position Summary

Through integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, care coordination, and community support services, HealthFinders strives to improve health outcomes and reduce barriers to care.
The Medical/Clinical Assistant (MA) / Clinical Assistant is an integral member of the patient care team and serves as a liaison between patients, providers, and care coordination staff. This position supports providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while helping ensure patients receive comprehensive services that address their medical, social, and behavioral health needs.
The Medical/Clinical Assistant assists with direct patient care, clinical workflows, patient education, and coordination of services. This role contributes to a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate environment that promotes health equity and whole-person wellness.
