Medical Director of Adult and Senior Health

We are seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Medical Director of Adult and Senior Health/ Family Medicine Physician to join our team and provide outstanding care within our Adult and Senior Health Clinic. This role offers an exceptional work/life balance with the option to work 32-40 hours per week— no evening or weekend hours — allowing you to focus on providing leadership to the department while providing great patient care to a culturally diverse patient population without sacrificing personal time.

Your Role as a Physician Leader

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care through accurate diagnosis and evidence-based treatment

• Collaborate with non-physician staff to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes

• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families to support adherence to care plans

• Partner with fellow physicians and clinical staff to maintain a collaborative, efficient care environment

• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and all regulatory and accreditation standards

• Maintain timely, confidential documentation and uphold the highest standards of professionalism
