Medical Equipment R&D Manager (relocation to Mauritius)

The R&D Project Manager will serve as the management &technical authority in the development of new medical devices, and requires interested candidates to relocate to Mauritius for this position. Driving innovation, overseeing strategic initiatives, and ensuring successful product development. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision to deliver high-quality, compliant products within tight deadlines and budgets.

• Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• At least 8 years of experience in a Senior engineering role within the medical devices industry, particularly in catheter manufacturing
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-impact projects from concept to market
• Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA, and MDR regulations
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring technical staff
