MEDICAL INTERPRETER & TRANSLATOR, HEALTH TOURISM (KHMER)
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
- Perform patient translation and communication services to Cambodia patients.
- To communicate and sell KPJ hospital services to Cambodia health travelers and expatriates in Klang Valley area.
- To develop marketing materials for Cambodia patients.
- To conduct health talks in relevant topic to Cambodia patients.
- To ensure the service satisfaction levels of the Cambodia patients in KPJ group hospitals
- Overall to assist of Health Tourism Services / IPC in all activities
- All other assignments as instructed by the HT-HOS
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform patient translation and communication services to Cambodia patients.
- To maintain good relation building with patient, agents and patient service.
- To attend any Patient Health Tourism/visitors who come to the hospital for treatment or Hospital Tours.
- To maintain incremental increment for the hospital every month.
- To prepare a comprehensive report on monthly basis.
- To perform any other relevant duties when required by HT Head of Service.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Diploma with healthcare experience.
Good communication skills and ability to interact with level of people.
Having proficiency in Khmer language is preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1 year experience in management
