Medical Lab Tech Instructor - PT

Fortis College is seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist to serve as Instructor at its Baton Rouge campus. To provide lab and/or classroom instruction as well as prepare progress reports of students, evaluate textbooks, advise students, reference books and other teaching materials, participate in faculty meetings, etc. Positive, energetic, detailed-oriented, and extremely professional candidates are encouraged to apply to join our faculty and help students create better lives through education!

Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Med Tech
• Current ASCP/AMT certification
• Graduate from an accredited Med Tech program
• Teaching experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to travel to clinical sites is mandatory
• The desire to help others succeed in their career goals
